At La Piñata Mystery Box, all orders ship during the first week of each month.
Any order placed throughout the month will be included in the next scheduled shipping cycle.

Example:

Orders placed anytime in March → ship out the first week of April
Orders placed anytime in April → ship out the first week of May

This system ensures freshness, consistency, and reliable delivery for all customers.

Processing Time

Once shipping begins for the month, packages are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times

After your package is shipped:

🇺🇸 United States:
3–5 business days

🌍 International:
7–15 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Please note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. Actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

We do our best to keep shipping as affordable as possible 🎉

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you did not receive tracking, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping charges.

International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.

We unfortunately cannot predict or control these fees.
