We want every customer to be happy with their order, so here’s how returns, refunds, and replacements work:
All Sales Are Final
Because our products contain food items, we cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, we’ve got you.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

A photo or video of the issue

A short description of what happened
We will gladly send a replacement or work out a solution for you.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered by the customer, we are not able to issue a refund.
You may request reshipment once the package is returned to us (additional shipping fees may apply).

Refunds (When Approved)
Refunds are only issued in special cases such as:

The package never arrived due to carrier error

A duplicate order was placed by accident

A payment processing error occurred
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the credit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before the shipping cycle begins.
Since we ship every first week of each month, any order can be cancelled up until the last day of the previous month.
Once shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
